Named Second-Team All-Big Ten Conference as a senior when he placed fifth on the Boilermakers with 48 tackles, of which 17 came behind the line of scrimmage...Led Purdue in TFLs as well as sacks in 2005 with a total of eight, adding a pair of interceptions and forced fumbles for good measure...Tied the Big Ten record with seven tackles for loss in a single game against Ohio State, posting four sacks in the contest to match a Purdue standard as well...Appeared in all 12 games in 2004 and even though he was considered a reserve working along with Ray Edwards, Ninkovich tied for second in the Big Ten with eight sacks...Was a Third-Team NJCAA All-American as a sophomore when he starred for Joliet Junior College and was part of the NJCAA national championship squad as a freshman...Plenty of pass rushing ability and is extremely disruptive in opposing backfields...Is a perfect example of an overachiever and would probably be better suited moving to linebacker to make an impact in the pros.
