Hass and Colston are solid late round selections. Overall the only Stumpers are Harper and Evans. Granted we picked up another vet for Evans but Gilles was there.

I plan on buying a Bush jersey the first day they are out. As for the draft, I said in another thread that overall, I give us a B. We reached for a couple players but it's hard to fully evaluate the draft until we see what we do after the draft with cuts and trades. There should be some solid players available for us to pick up, like a starting cb or we could acquire some good players in any possible trades. We shall wait and see what happens.

But even with those reaches I did open a good bottle of scotch at the end. it makes those 3 picks easier to swallow

1st Round-Two Thumbs Up!!!!! (Unbelievable)
2nd Round-The Middle Finger!!!!!!!! (Could have traded down, picked up more picks, & still got Harper)
4th Round-Thumbs Down (I think it was a reach in the 4th)
5th Round-Thumbs Down (We did not need another DE)
6th Round-Thumbs Up (Haas was a great value pick & Lay...I just don't know. Seems like a reach, but I'll give the round a thumbs up anyway.)
7th Round-Two Thumbs Up (Just when I was beginning to give up, we made 2 GREAT picks in the 7th)

All together, I give Payton & crew a B- to C+. It would have been much worse if not for the great late round picks.
