He started a game for them last year. He spent his rookie season in Denver, was cut, and signed with the Titans last year.

BTW - He is not an NFL caliber quarterback.

Bruce Eugene? Now granted, he could prob play safety as good as any of them, but let's get real, I think 20 safeties on a 53 man roster is deep enough, so hopefully that is about Payton's limit.
