this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Currently, the only numbers available are 30, 40 & 45 ... Someone may have to give up a number ......

I like "AllSaints" Jersey suggestion. I think the NFL didn't allow it because they knew other RBs in the future would complain about getting their college numbers when they come out.

if bush were allowd to wear #5 if could have some positive efects on the area by helping advertising and atracting more economic activity seems like the nfl really wants to help just like they did with those extra drat pics bahhhhh |

Since I think Gayle Sayers is the greated RB to ever play the game, and I hope that Bush can compare favorably to him at the NFL level, I would like to see Bush in #40.

Either way, it seems like this guy is 100% class act. He said even though he was denied the #5, he respects the rule and will STILL donate 25% of his jersey sales to Katrina relief. Hell of a pick FO
