It can be argued, from a psychiatrical viewpoint, that buying the Saints tickets relieved anxiety, and removed suicidal tendencies from that individual, so maybe it was OK.

Actually, in the great scheme of things, buying Saints tickets actually helps the local economy, by patronizing a local business and keeping the money in N.O, so I don't see the problem there.

Now, that bastage who went to the Caribbean, he should be shot!!!!

There was a considerable amount of fraud with the entire situation. In Central Mississippi I heard lots of stories about folks collecting from the government in situations that were not warranted. Going to be a major mess for the government over the next several years trying bring justice to the situation. A few people in Central MS did warrant federal money, the rest of the folks may have had no electricity for 2 days, and had to deal with long lines at the gas station. Hardly a situation that warrants federal help, sad situation...
