I wonder how many hits he took before he struck back. we know it was not hard or there would have been a hospital report filled. I will give him a break here. Some woman push it physically and emotionally because they know the courts back them. been there. never arrested but been there. He needs to learn to leave.

there are some women like that for sure but if someone is dumb enough to marry one like that or stayed married to them then that is on them. if a chic starts trying to smack and hit you it is real easy to tackle them and hold them down so they can't keep doing it. you can also call 911 to have your wife removed. if all he did was like push her away from him or tackle her and hold her down and he was arrested for that i can give him a break also. if he struck her to hurt her i have no respect for the man. and hagfan who gives a **** how many strikes he took. is she going to be able to hurt his huge ass. no. so who gives a ****. it is the same as a 9 year old coming up and hitting you over and over again. what should you do beat the **** out of them too.

Your team stinks

..."physical altercation" doesn't necessarily mean he hit her. It could be that things were broken, thrown around maybe, maybe clothes were pulled... could be he grabbed her by the arm and bruised her...

... let's not draw conclusions here until we hear the full story, if we ever do.

To me, it is obvious that he did not beat her up, because there is no mention of her being hurt at all, other than signs of a "physical altercation", which is pretty much how anyone can describe my boys' room.
