I figured they would have a pre-season game or something on that day and people would be home. Okay, checked the schedule, and no preseason game until later that afternoon and at night, including the Saints at 7pm. There's only one week of pre-season games after that, which is usually the scrubs, so rosters should be pretty much set. Here are the rules:
