Charles Grant

I made this point in my "Miuch more proud of this win" thread, and ghandi touched on it again before he got trolled, but what is with this dude jogging? And it's not like it has been hard to see, it has been obvious. To be fair, he did have some nice bull rushes on Favre, and he made that play late with the fumble on Ahman Green where it DID look like he was going full out. But when they snapped the ball behind Favre, he was loafing back there. And when he had Favre on a rollout, he was just jogging to Favre. If Favre had throw the ball, Grant would not have even got a hit on him initially. Charles, we need intensity all the time, especially when it's just you and the QB and people can see you jogging. I have been one of your biggest supporters. Come on man.

It seems like a character issue. He's one of the earlier Haz draft picks. Maybe it will take a little longer for him to snap out of that Haslett Haze. That being said, hasn't he always had an "on again-off again" motor?

People tried to tell me that, and I defended him, hardcore. Nothing like a 62 inch high def TV and NFL Sunday Ticket to provide some clarity. My jaw was literally dropped as I was watching.

RE: Re: Charles Grant

Just make the trade whodi..
All the hate that Young was gettin'(I was one) and how well he 's playing now..
Hollis Thomas is waking up the interior...
And Smith and Nick WILL wake Grant's ass up as well.
trust me.

RE: Re: Charles Grant

If he doesn't wake up soon, there's a guy named Ninkovich who can come in & make plays (& won't take plays off). Don't be surprised if Ninkovich starts getting some time. Payton will not watch anyone give a half a** effort & continue to play them.

Well, I never hated on Young. Just Sullivan. And supported the hell out of Grant. If I see him jogging one more damn time though.................. Just uncalled for.
