We need to see what where getting are self into before we sighn him to a new deal I mean he needs to at least prove his worth and get the team to playoff position first. Keep in mind horn needs to sighn a deal next year too. There is no way with the talent we got that we should not get to at least the nfl championship game. I would be happy with the second round of the playofs though.

I wish the Saints would\'ve had that kind of insight before they signed Albert Connell or Dale Carter. At least Aaron has produced somewhat before we give him a new contract.

We have to keep Horn, no doubt. Aaron has had 1 full year as a starter. Aaron is a flip of the coin. But, if you look at what is out there for QB\'s, who would you rather have that is going to be available. Especially, when you factor in his youth. I don\'t feel Aaron is a Kordell Stewart. He still needs improvement, as do 99% of the QB\'s in the league. One example would be, McNabb. His pre season has not been exactly stellar. I feel that,as a professional,Aaron needs to perform regardless of the money. It can take him 1 of 2 ways. He can pout and allow it to negatively impact his performance,or use this as motivation to prove management wrong.
