I got a quick question for all the gang. Does anybody remember , what is the most points a Saint team has put up on a team? I'm thinking back to being a kid , and i see 54 to 56 against Tampa in the early 80's . Could i be right our wrong????? If not what is it....?????

In 1986 we beat the Bucs 38-7 in week 7
In 1998 we beat the Broncos 42-0 in week 12

Check out this site, I've had it in my bookmarks for a while now, it has scores of all games by every NFL team from 1920 to present..
If your like me you'll spend a lot of time there looking at scores of all the Saints games..
It also has all of the stats by all positions..

Hey thanks for the site LTF.....I saw back in 76 we put up 51 points on Seattle... Wouldn't it be nice if we could do that again to somebody this year ???? HELL YEA . Once again thanks...WHO DAT !

1976 51 - 27 Seahawks

so we hit that make twice. not against phili but 30+ is not out of the relm of possibility.

I expect this week to be a high scoring game...not quite in the 50's but still high scoring. 37-31 or something like that.

I think there was a game with against the 49'ers in the 80 where they combined for over a 100 points and Saints vistory....I remember I was in the 3rd grade in Grand Forks, North Dakota...My father was stationed there at the time (Air Force)...I remember distinctly because I clipped the article out of the paper and brought it for "Show and Tell", how awesome is that....I also brought my Huddle Saints Helmet that I begged to get for Christmas....I believe it was the Dave Wilson era if that helps...around 1983 I think
