Saints will be sending Aaron and others to leadership school.

Aaron Brooks, QB - The club wants Brooks to become more of a leader this season. So they plan to send him and a handful of teammates and front office staffers to a leadership training course this summer. Brooks is one of the hardest workers on the team, but has been hesitant to take the reins in the past because of his age (27), lack of experience and naturally quiet demeanor. With Brooks entering his third year as a full-time starter, the Saints want to see him become more assertive and communicate more often with teammates and coaches. (Jeff Duncan/TSN)
