5 Wide recievers

The Saints have alot of depth at recievers, however 5 will only make the team. I am curious on who will make the team:

1. Joe Horn
2. Donte Stallworth
3. Jerome Pathon
4. Michael Lewis
5. Derrick Lewis
6. Kareem Kelly
7. Talman Gardner

why would only 5 make the team?
with teams having 5 wr sets... more is needed at least 6 could be on the squad

I could be mistaken, but I always thought the saint only carry 5 on the roster. The saint might carry another receiver on practice squad.

1-4 are a lock to make the team. Derrick Lewis has the upper hand on Kelly and Gardner. I wouldn\'t be surprised for them to add Kelly to the roster or put him on the practice squad.

WR will be fun to watch this preseason. I think only Horn and Stallworth are locked into spots and the rest will be battleing it out. I don\'t think the saints would be anxious to put Kelly or Gardner on the practice squad because another team would snatch them and the saints would get no compensation.
