Just an antidote to all the "I have a bad feeling" posts and threads. I'm not that bummed about this loss. I dunno why. I've just had a special feeling through most of the season that tells me it's all going to be okay and seeing all these posts from Debbie Downers makes me spit nails. Every single team has holes (well, except for the Colts. I mean, aren't they pretty much perfect?) and we, of all the fans, should have been under no notion that our defense especially was perfect. Even in the losses, we have players playing at levels we had no right to expect them to. So buck up, guys, I still believe that when you look back, you'll kick yourselves for being doubters.

I had the same sort of feeling before the game in that I was thinking i didnt know if we were going to win this game but I had this overwhelming sense that the rest of the season would be something really awesome and even magical for lack of some better word...I sense playoffs in our future perhaps a bye

It sucked to have a fumble be the final play of the game. Kind of like ending a tennis match on a double fault.

It was a hard one to swallow, but it just reaffirmed to me that the Saints are never out of the game with Brees behind center...he will keep fighting to the end and I love that about this team.
