Lest we forget.......

At the first of the year many people wetre calling for the head of our kicker John Carney. Well as for me, after 15 games this year, all I can call him is consistant. Cheers to John. I just thought he deserved some props.

Carney has made 23 FG out of 25 attempts this season, I'd also call him consistent..
If the Saints are ever down two points with 2 seconds on the clock and in field goal range I'd have confidence in him to make it and win the game for us..

I'll be honest. I was ready to can him after last season. After the last couple of seasons, it seemed he was just going downhill.
I credit Payton and this staff with revitalizing his career.... along with a couple of others.

he is definitely solid, but i just can't seem to forgive him for shanking that extra point in the jacksonville game a couple of years ago.

I don't think we'll ever forget that missed extra point but this year you couldn't ask for a better performance from him.
