I don't think that will be a factor. Remember the Steelers game? I know we lost, but it was close, and if I remember correctly, it was cold that day.

Nope. Brees is better outdoors, and the Bears had all kinds of trouble trying to stop Alexander...Deuce runs with more power than he does and Reggie is well...Reggie.

We do have a better road record than a home record. And you are right. Alexander doesnt run with that much power... I believe Duece and our O line will open a lot of holes

RE: Playing in the Cold? Soldier Field

I checked the weather, its gunna be cold, in the 30's, but not the wintry mix they had today, it should be sunny or partly cloudy, no snow or rain or anything like that Thursday thru Tuesday, so that shouldnt matter much. We just need to run the ball hard, smack them in the mouth, and go for the deep strike 3 times a half. and we will get 2 of them. My early prediction, 17-14 Saints baby, and then im flying my A$$ to Miami where its nice....

RE: Playing in the Cold? Soldier Field

yeah i was going to post that to saintsfan. mostly sunny high in the mid 30's, low in the mid20's. since we will almost certainly get the early game it should be at its peak as far as temp. a bomby 30-34. if the cold doesn't get to us i think we win this game. their offense is not as good as the eagles and their d didn't look to great against a not so wonderful offense of the hawks

I'm not too worried about the cold. Just hope there is not a lot of wind.

Weather.com extended forecast has the high next Sunday at 34, low 26. The game is scheduled for 2pm CST so at least it`ll be the warmest part of the day.
