Special Teams

There is no question that Hester is a phenom but here's a comparison of how these two performed in the divisional playoffs:

KICKOFF RETURNS
NO AVG TD LG
M. Lewis 5 27.4 0 36

D. Hester 3 17.7 0 20

FUMBLES
FUM
D. Hester 3

M. Lewis 0

Lewis has done a good job this year but in all honesty I hope that the Saints keep the ball away from Hester. 3 fumbles is alot, however....

This is obviously a team effort so I guess my question is:
What Special Teams unit is better?

RE: Special Teams

No question the Bears.

It's my impression that Chicago's is more explosive and dangerous. Ours is more 'conservative' and is more about just giving the offense the chance to work in a comfortable space.
what I cannot for the life of me understand is the insane amount of holding penalties and 'block in the back' flags that have been present in the NFL. What the hell do these 'special teams' coaches actually supervise, anyway? I know they can't think for the players themselves, but everytime I see anyone run one for a score, I'm whispering "flag on the field" just before the graphic appears on TV. :P
