Official Mock Draft Thread

Anyone have any good draft sites? Post em here. Here's one I found.

27. New Orleans Saints - Chris Houston CB, Arkansas: Fred Thomas gives up way to many big plays and every team the Saints face always exploit him. Houston doesn't have great size but he covers like a blanket.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

PAUL POSLUSZNY OLB | Penn St. | Scouting Report
Linebacker has long been a problem area for the Saints and it's a little known fact that they were actually ready to take A.J. Hawk with the #2 overall pick last year before Reggie Bush unexpectedly fell into their laps. I think that speaks volumes about just how badly they feel the position needs to be addressed and while some may consider "Puz" a reach here I think this makes perfect sense. Paul Posluszny did not have the type of senior campaign that most were expecting but you have to remember that he was coming off a pretty major knee injury and also adjusting to a new position that he really wasn't suited for. Perhaps a very poor man's A.J. Hawk, Posluszny was real productive, has great instincts and his intangibles are off the charts which is why I feel he'd be an ideal fit for New Orleans late in round one. Posluszny is exactly the type of high-quality player and leader that you can build a team around and he could be to the Saints defense what Drew Brees was to the offense which is why this is a match made in draft heaven.

New Orleans Saints - Patrick Willis, LB Ole Miss

The Saints defense came around toward the end of the season, but they still need to concentrate on filling some holes on that side of the ball during the draft. Willis would be a big addition to a questionable linebacking corps.

New Orleans - Aaron Ross, CB, Texas

Fred Thomas was picked on all day against the Bears. A corner upgrade must be found.

This would be a great choice. I think his Senior Bowl performance made him a Top 15 though

updated 2/1
New Orleans - Daymeion Hughes, CB, Cal
Possibly the best ball skills of any corner in the draft
Rd2
26. New Orleans - HB Blades, LB, Pitt

now I could live with that and 2 picks to come in the 3rd. How sweet it is

27. New Orleans Saints
Hughes, Daymeion, CB California
What a difference a year makes! The Saints picking #2 last year found themselves as the darlings of the league and advanced to the NFC Championship. However, once they got there it was their secondary that really stood out as a glaring weakness. Fred Thomas is no longer a quality CB and they need to get younger and faster their right away. Hughes is a flat out playmaker and an excellent ball hawk. He is considered to be suspect against a good route runner, so individual workouts and a strong showing at the Senior Bowl are critical for his stock. I think he will play and show well, so I have him here...for now.
59. New Orleans Saints
THE PICK IS BRANDON SILER. LB FROM FLORIDA.

Brandon Siler out of Florida. I like Siler because of his strength and speed. He is a highly rated LB behind and I think he will prove to be an immediate upgrade over the journeyman crew New Orleans currently employs. Siler is a big guy who is versatile enough to play either OLB or ILB. His athleticism would be a huge shot in the arm for New Orleans defense
91. New Orleans Saints
Harris, David, ILB Michigan

I have the Saints continuing to get younger and more athletic at LB by brining in the very productive ILB from Michigan

This would be interesting. Sieler is a bit of reach. I think some will snag him up in the second before us. But to go 2 LB and a CB on day one? That to is a bit of reach too.
Tossed this one in because of the LB names we should look at in the 2nd or 3rd rounds.

27 TE Zach Miller
This is the one missing piece from the Saints puzzle, an every down TE. A Starter from day 1
http://www.draftnotebook.com/draft_projection.htm

27. Marcus McCauley CB Fresno St.
It seems to be a decision between CB and LB. Paul Posluszny is tempting, but watching Fred Thomas get beat about a million times was enough evidence to go with the cornerback
