LB prospect 40 times

Patrick Willis ran an unofficial 4.49 forty at the NFL Combine Monday, according to the NFL Network.

That will help his chances of sneaking back into the first round. Mike Mayock's top LB overall Jon Beason ran a 4.64. Other notables: Paul Posluszny ran a 4.68, Antwan Barnes ran a 4.40, Quincy Black ran at 4.42, Zak Deossie ran a 4.53.

We have absolutely no chance in hell at getting Willis now... poop. His draft stock is soaring. That's a good 40 time for Paul Pos too. He won't be there for our picking now either.

Pffft.....Puz is who I want anyways. If he's not there that means someone is dropping. Do we take a Dwayne Jarrett or Greg Olsen if they're there at 27? I'm sure if the BPA was a skill position player Payton would think long and hard about taking him

With Horn gone I say take Jarret..that would put us with Colston, Henderson, Jarrett as the bulk of the recieving corps....

If Jarrett's there he might be hard to pass up, but I doubt he's around.

I don't like Poz, so I go any other player but him. Especially Willis or Aaron Ross or even McCauley
