:confused: I saw on a Tampa Bay chat room, some fan's saying that Tampa is talking about trading for Grant. He claims to have inside info. Has anyone heard anything about this? I don't like the sound of it. Is someone just talking to hear themselves say something or there something to it? I'm in Charlotte and don't get the Saint news like I used to.:confused:

If it was true they would have to give up a hell of a BIG chunk of the farm to get him. Just remember guys this is Payton not Ditka.

There is no ryhme or reason to do this... We would have traded him before re-signing him.

If he wanted to be traded so bad he would have declared so and not have signed with the Saints and worked the deal out with the bucs, after all they would have been more giving if they wanted him that bad.

I call Bs on this one. They would have had to give us 2 first round draft choices for him I think.If nothing else, who do they have that we'd want?

I never rule out sign and trade. But we did not get a DE in the draft. So I am ruling it out now.

I can't see TB taking on his contact after picking Adams, plus all of their trade bait is over the hill. No way we take 2008 picks for him.

Besides, why would they want him? He's not an overrated mediocre quarterback
