Ill take Weatherford and all his tattoos. I hope he comes out this season with tattoo sleaves on both arms. He could be the coolest punter in the league.

Payton

Sean likes to evaluate players... get them in and have them "SHOW HIM SOMETHING", if they don't then they are gone.

This guy must be a frontrunner for the Darwin Awards. I'm sure you've all heard about his wood chopping accident, here's another from about a year earlier...

Well you have to say the guy can nail them inside the 20. That is big. With our offense, that is a big issue. The punter is almost in range for corner kicks everytime. I have to find stats on the number he got inside the 10 and 5.

Yeah, I think it's just funny that he'd be in two serious freak accidents... how often do punters and kickers really get hurt? Hopefully he isn't a jinx on the team, and doesn't gets hit by a bus while crossing the street.

I think that Hanson might have a tougher time unseating Weatherford than you might think, Payton doesn't seem like he'd bring in a vet and just hand him the job outright when Weatherford did pretty well last year as an undrafted rookie. The punting duel in training camp should be a good one.

I don't think this is your normal "camp competition" punter. He is a former Pro-Bowler and has a serious shot at beating out Weatherford. Regardless, we should be set at punter.
