Their fans are clueless,
Here\'s what they\'d better be worried about...
Tebucky Jones (225, 4.4) ripping their tall skinny slow-ass WR\'s heads off.
Orlando Ruff T-poling Alstot, as he coughs up yet another fumble.
Derrick Rogers planting his helmet in Brad Johnson\'s bird-chest at about mach-5.

25 days and counting...

That\'s because the Buc\'s fans aren\'t really worried about any player in particular. They are worried about the Saints.

they should fear stephen davis the most, he\'s a physical RB, the bucs can\'t play physical football, sure the bucs d is nice and fast but they aren\'t real big and from what i\'ve seen they don\'t have a tremendous amount of stamina, the teams they lost to last year play physical football, if i was a buc fan i would hate to see what davis can do in the late 3rd quarter early 4th when that buc D is getting a little slower and tired of tackling davis\' battering ram a$$

of course we have nothing to fear :P

Thanks for the laugh :D Might want to ask Philly fan at the Vet in an NFC champ game in 16 deg. wind chill about that.

Yea, I remember the sweep last year, real domination by those Saints, a 5 posession OT loss in game 1 and a giant 3 point win in the last minutes iin game 2. :)

Yea, the Bucs are really worried about that \"owning\" LOL!

Tell you what, if you can beat the champs (haven\'t done that yet) you go ahead and sweep us again and we\'ll go on to win the division and repeat in the Superbowl.

I\'m OK with that, are you? :D

tampa capitalized on mcnabb\'s injury in that game, if mcnabb had been 100% then tampa doesn\'t even make the super bowl, their win the game before was against a SF team that never looked very solid last year

as far as the super bowl: how can you lose when your coach designed the opponents entire offensive scheme, oakland never had a chance against gruden

tampa was not vastly improved last year, the have been a playoff team for several years, their impressive record came against teams like carolina, cincy, minnesota, detroit, cleveland, st louis

tampa took advantage of a relatively weak schedule, a little luck in the nfc championships and might as well been prosecuted for insider trading in the super bowl

but hey i\'m just hatin\'
congrats! enjoy it now cuz it ain\'t gonna happen next year

You guys crack me up :)

Oh, and it\'s Pewter POWER. ;)
I find it amusing that a comment about Tampa being the only team with Pewter pants is in you guys eyes something that is an insult to me. It\'s something we are proud of you silly Saint fans. You really need some lessons on how to smak, pretty weak attempt there.

I also love the hypocracy of your comments...

First you all say that tampa capitalized on Mcnabb\'s injury in the Champ game but I\'m trying to figure out how McNabb\'s injury helped the Bucs offense score on drives of 96 yards and 80 yards on the Philly defense. Then again you are Saint fans so I expect your confused.

Then in the next very next post your all defending your \"barely did it\" wins over a developing champion as \"A win is a win, brotha. I don\'t recall any asterisks next to the score\"

Oh the hilarity of it all.

Oh and to the genious who said \"You truly have braggin\' rights until September 7th\" I guess he doen\'t realize the NEXT champion won\'t be crowned until February 2004 and the the Bucs are Champs this WHOLE 2003 season.

Get back to school now, NFL 101 is about to start and after that you can learn how to smak correctly in \"smaking for newbies\"

:):) LOL, again thanks for the laughs.

Your welcome for the laughs. I would like to thank you and the Bucs for the two wins last season also.

You can talksuperbowl all you want to and thats fine!! But when talking about head-to-head match up with the Saints, all you can say is we won them this way and that way, yet the Bucs won all their games the old fashioned way. THEY EARNED THEM.

Oh, the hypocrocy of it all. Thanks for the laughs.

As far as smacking for newbies? You need to enroll in a better class next time or at least pay attention.

Yea, I\'ll bet you\'ll skip the season recap sections dated Sept-8, and Dec-1. Kinda makes it tough to talk smack with Saints fans since you guys are our Bee-ach\'s.

If your PROUD of Pewter pants, I seriously doubt the problem is with us. I guess it is an improvement of the pu$$y orange colors you guy used to wear for 20 years when everyone called y\'all the Bengals of Florida.

Actually the DVD shows the two Saint games and clearly proves how close both were. I love watching Alstott carve up the Saints D in the highlights. Also it shows how desperate the Saints looked when Delhomme had to save the day with that dink pass to Horn. The fans were sweating it out then, I loved it. Oh and you all know if Gruden let Martin kick that FG in OT in the opener you would have lost. He gave you that one. ;)

But again, it was just a small bump on our way to greatness. Only Saint fans think about those games as anything big, the rest of the NFL know you all are the kinds of fades and choking.

I can see it now, all the Buc players are looking at thier SB rings going , darnit if we only beat the Saints like we embarassed them in 2001 this Ring would mean so much more. :)

Keep the delusions alive Stain fans, it\'s all you got, oh yea and Hakim dropped the ball, yea, I forgot about that stellar acheivment, all NFL fans talk about that all the time. :D

That\'s quite an achievement, a pro bowl back running against an admittedly poor rush defense. How about a hurt Deuce pounding the #1 ranked D twice while those pro bowl mouths like Sapp, Brooks and Rice just cringed every time he touched it. How does a hurt back beat up your #1 D like that. And as for the Horn pass, Brian Kelly admitted to the media that Horn told him it was coming to him and he still couldn\'t stop it.
Enjoy your win because as they say, the scorecard doesn\'t take a picture, but bet your a$$ it won\'t be a repeat. If Sapp\'s mouth learns to tackle maybe you\'ll hold on to that #1 ranked D though.

I used to like the Bucs (at least after they got rid of Testaverde). But I have to admit, this guy\'s insulting remarks is starting to slant my view on those guys. I know you shouldn\'t dislike a team just for their sometimes obnoxious fans, but dammit, this guy is being a jerk on a foreign board. Are some people just such l0sers that they must resort to childish acts like this to feel better? It\'s inexcusable. Laughable, in fact.

Regardless, in spite of this l0ser, I still kinda like the Bucs. I -love- the Saints, but the Bucs are a good team too. I\'ll try to remember that in spite of fans like this guy.

There\'s a joke going around Tampa that if you want to know how the team is doing this off-season you check the police blotter. Three of their starters have been arrested since they won the Super bowl last winter and fans were particularly outraged when running back Michael Pittman was charged with two felony counts of domestic abuse last week, a crime he has been convicted of twice already and is currently on probation for.

Despite the off field shenanigans the Bucs have enjoyed a successful off-season and appear to be in a better position than most defending Super bowl champs to make a run at back to back titles. The only loss of significance was Super bowl MVP Dexter Jackson but defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin has shown a remarkable ability to plug in replacements with little loss in production.

As good as the Bucs appear to be we would put their chances of repeating at no better than 50-50. It is hard to maintain the same level of intensity two years running and in the parity happy NFL the phrase \"on any given Sunday\" (anyone can beat anyone) is more than just a cliché.
