That looks hard. I had a treadmill and the little bars were just a crutch. That would make you do a lot of hand/eye coordination.

It looks kinda idiotic.

However, the biggest thing I think it would help is with

B.A.L.A.N.C.E. Balance.

If Reggie has been doing this, I fully expect to see a differnet Reggie.

what he really needs is to put a spoon to his mouth and gain some weight so he doesn't get thrown to the ground with one arm
