Lewis likely 4th receiver....

I dont see any other teams in the NFL that have a recieving corps like this one. The only team that may be close is Seattle. We should be able to air it out again.

Lewis likely 4th receiver....

I tried posting this some time back; succumbed to internet intrigue; wonder if it has been brought up before.
In the game where Michael Lewis scored on a kickoff return and a punt return (Washington) what about what should have been a pass reception for a td? He was so far ahead of defender, but had to quickly come back to take away the ball AB had thrown to the defender. So he went down with the reception instead of prancing into the end zone and record books. It\'s such a tragedy! The QB really screwed up this one. How long will it be before he can get 2 TD returns again and wait for the QB to see where he is?
Anyhow, this was about 4th receiver, and I guess I have to side with ML as returner until the QB can see his fast receivers. But I think ML should be kept off of coverage teams for fear of injury.

i say with the 2 rookies we got we can let ml concentrtae on kick/punt returns, and let talman have a shot at the 4 spot, i mean he was a seventh round pick but has high second round talent, just needs to keep his nose clean off the field and he will be a solid receiver. what ya think?
