the prosecutor will not rely on this guys statements alone...they will combine it with other evidence that proves that this guy is lying or vick really is a sick son of a bi#$%!

if he is convicted, he should be kicked out of the league!

evidence has shown that animal abuse is a small step away from manslaughter or murder of humans.

I'm worried about now if I'm Vick.

No, it is good news for Vick. This guy talking to ESPN gives Vick access to the information of who this guy is. It's not good news for the snitch. No matter what, they are going to have to prove that Vick was active in the dogfighting circuit. That is going to take eye-witnesses. And eye-witnesses to crimes committed by millionaires put you into that category of "Highly Likely to Die in a One Car Accident on a Lonely Road."

Keep in mind, with the new commish you dont have to be found guilty of any crime to be supended. Adam Pacman Jones was never found guilty of any crime, yet he is having to sit out a whole year. Vick on the other hand is a star of the NFL, so it may take a bit more time before the commish makes a move on Vick. But a move is going to come one way or another.

Well being kicked out or suspended from the league really won't come into play if he is convicted of the federal charges... he'll see prison time. One of the charges seems to be the sale of dogs that are ment for dog fighting across state lines. Its a Federal offense... I am not sure the sentence he will be facing yet but if so you can only imagine a year or more would do for his career??? He isn't getting any younger and to maintain the shape and diet... will be nearly impossible.

I was told could be 5-7 years on a felony charge.

Falcons | There may be enough evidence to indict Vick
Thu, 31 May 2007 11:01:21 -0700

Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports two sources close to the investigation involving the former house of Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Vick believe there is enough evidence to indict Vick in connection with the allegedly illegal dog fighting operation taking place at the house.

vick should be going down, it's just a matter of time........
pray for him to make the right decisions as to what he'll do in the future.....
never past judgement, (as i try not to do) and you will not be judged.......
that is the best advice i can give, and you know what?
it's free.....................................................smitty
