There are some great sites like Chinatown and it has some great history as far as culture goes like the Summer of Love and the Bay Area bands like the Dead and the Airplane. But I cannot stand the city, it has no soul, no flavor, no it factor like New Orleans does. Sure New Orleans is wild and can be raucous at times, but its classy at the same time as well. New Orleans has culture, it has that it factor that makes me like it a lot.

I like the Saints just as much as I like the city of New Orleans. Their both tops in my book and my mind.

I have to completely disagree with you about SF and your feeling that is has no soul and no flavor. I have been here for almost 8 years and its a really nice place to live. I love NOLA and I rep my hometown 24/7, but that doesn't take away from the bay area and all that it has to offer.

Now, that being my opinion, I hate the Niners, as I have always hated them. I cannot wait to go to that game and surround myself with as many Black and Gold jerseys as possible. My girlfriend was born in SF and I got her a brand new Reggie Bush jersey for the game. Who Dat!

Steve, I apologize

Steve, to my earlier post about SF, maybe perhaps I was too harsh on it. It wasnt my intention to bash it, just give a critique of it that was perhaps too hard on it. Its a matter of opinion I suppose. Like I said San Fran has a wonderful cultural history like the counterculture scene in the 60's and the diversity it has, I mean SF is very diverse. so I say to you Steve that is wasnt my intention to bash it, its your home and you always love your home no matter who you are.

So Steve, are you going to be selling some of those 28 tickets? I will definitely be there along with my dad who has been a 49ers fan even back in the days when I was a kid and we still lived in New Orleans. Long story, just let me tell you we've had some very awkward Sundays. I am gonna make that 6 hour drive up from Los Angeles immediate after work that Friday. So if you are going to sell some tickets to Die Hard Who Dats, I am definitely interested. It would be awesome if we could form our own "Black Hole" at the game if you know what I mean.

I got a motley crew of Who Dats coming along for the ride who are out to represent the black and gold.

As for the San Francisco comment Saintman, I really don't feel that you have seen San Francisco for all its worth. By mentioning the "Counter Culture" and Grateful Dead, you must have came out there in the 60s. San Francisco as a city is richer in culture and influence than most of the grand cities in our great country. I would even dare say, its greater culturally than Los Angeles and I live here. Like SteveinSF said, New Orleans is always home and I always gonna rep New Orleans. But New Orleans is not even in the same category. I just don't see how you can come up with saying there is no soul or flavor, you must drastically have different standards of what is flava or soul.

We've lost more games to the 9ers than any other team.

New Orleans Saints record against

Team: San Francisco 49ers
W 21
L 45
T 2
Percent 0.309

I have greviously suffered through most of the losses - the ones I didn't suffer thru, I either blocked the game out from my memory or the game was blacked out on TV.

Either way, we owe them a few.

First Off, Saintman, its all good. In my opinion, I have been lucky enough to live in two of the greatest and most unique cities in the country.

SaintsFanInLA, all my tickets are currently spoken for. We have a pretty good faction of Who Dats who get together religiously on Sundays during the season. I would expect that some may not be able to make the game. If any tickets free up, I will PM you. I planned on going to the boards if I had any extras. I basically bought as many as I could. We should all get together in the parking lot before the game. I am planning to bring a grill. I am sure this board will light up as we get closer to the game.

Resurfaced? Nah, just been hella busy with work, and music, and getting myself back into shape. I'm hardly ever inside. I'm either at the gym, running, riding mountain bikes, or just walking.

I'm just glad to see so many people are going to be at this game. I'm taking the grill, and the truck, and the Saints flag will be flying high! We should all try to meet up at the same place, so we can go in like a platoon. That would be awesome. I'll wear my camoflauge.

Grill, truck and Saints flag. Sounds like a plan. We can talk more about it as the game approaches. We will just have to take over a section of the parking lot. Can't wait.
