Saints To Hold Training Camp At Millsaps College

The New Orleans Saints announced today that they will be returning to Millsaps College for their 2007 training camp. The club will hold its annual summer training session on the campus of the Jackson, Miss. school for the second consecutive season, with players due to report July 25. http://www.neworleanssaints.com

I wll be there this year, is anyone else going?

I am, too. I'm considering going for August 3rd and 4th depending on the team's schedule.

Definitely going at some point. I'm originally from Jackson, and we'll have a contingent of WhoDats at practice and at the bar afterwards.

Definately planning on being there for a visit...My wife is Millsaps Alum...Need a new hat too, last year the Director of Advancement at Millsaps got me a hat signed by Joe Horn and John Carney...Now I need a new one...he got me the hat when he heard I had been in the hospital with West Nile Virus...Awesome school...

Also any excuse to go eat at Kiefer's will get me to Jackson...

Amen...Kiefer's is the best restaurant in the city with the Cherokee coming a close second.

I've got a group of die-hards that I watch the games with at Martin's (a bar downtown a couple miles from 'Saps). I'm planning my trip around a preseason game, so all of you guys should come up there and raise some hell.

I'll post specifics later.
