Hell now, what has he done on the field???

1 year veteran... played in all of one game with 2 tacles.

Evans was arrested early Saturday on Miami Beach and charged with "battery on a police officer", disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and trespassing. It was later learned that Evans is on probation in Colorado County, Texas, for possession of marijuana.

"battery on a police officer", is by far worse than Tank's situation.

Tank is a vet who was one of the Key DL on a team that went to the SB. I believe they beat the Saints in the NFC game as I recall.

The difference also is that tank has served his jail time and Evans is going there...

The need to take a chance on castoffs and problem children is not in the best interest of our team. We don't need the distractions and I trust this front office to continue with the high character team first kind of guys. With that said "Wake up, you kept yelling "Go Saints" in your sleep and neighbors are getting testy".

our line will handle run much better since we will have stronger secondary and can put 8 in box more.not to mention that our young dt's have full off-season work and conditioningin and will be more effective.i've been fan since 1st season but this team is so good,it's scary.(players talent ,attitude and coaching combined)only injury bug can stop us,or ourselves.DON'T WORRY,BE HAPPY

i don't beleive we do,but who am i to say.this is just my own observations but one of the best things about this coaching staff-front office staff is their silence.i was dumb enough to get hopes up with ditka but learned lesson.have much more confidence right move is made when fans and media are last to know of moves.
