Too easy....

A WORLD CHAMPION....

Until then, YOU keep dreaming.
Oh, I forgot. Your still living in the past. I meant this year!!!

What I meant is if Aaron went to the Bucs right now that he wouldn\'t be a superbowl champ because he wasn\'t on the team last year.

Don\'t get me wrong here. I honestly like AB... But you\'ve got to take the bitter with the sweet in this world. Max\'s post, although heart felt was Super-Saints-Slanted and can simply be summed up in 2 words...

So what?

Again, I understand, but you\'ve got to win in the league. Winning removes all hints of doubts. Take us to the mountain top and I\'ll deal with the rest.....

Brooks has been riding his \"potential ball\" long enough. It\'s time to **** or get off the pot......

McNabb threw a crucial interception that sent Tampa to the Super Bowl....
It would have taken an On Side kick, in the unlikely event of them scoring, without that beautiful interception....

The score was 10 - 20 at the time.

And trust me, those damn Eagles fans belly ached when he threw it.... Getting heat when you are the QB is just the nature of the beast Max.

How long did Brad Johnson ride his \"potential ball\" ?

I respect Johnson and all athletes that win the championship. But, he is not a franchise QB.

He is also not in the class of QB\'s that have been able to repeat, like:

Troy Aikman, Joe Montana, and John Elway. You name me one team that has repeated with a player like Johnson at QB???

Can ya do that for me? Can ya? Huh?

You HAVE got to be kidding me?!?! Has billy met his limit on posts and now operating under an assumed name.

What the heck would you consider fair for his treatment? Should we all be kneeling and praising him? Give me a freakin break. AB is the starting QB on a freakin NFL football team and you want to coddle the guy like the kids in pee wee.

One win from a superbowl? Obviously over-exaggeration is problem for you.

There is only one stat that matters to a true leader and winner and it is not an individual stat. Smiling after a mistake is a problem. What if the rest of the team decided to start smiling after their goofs? Was boo smiling after he dropped the touchdown against carolina? would it have been ok if he was smiling? Was AB smiling after boo dropped that pass? Why not? Getting what I am saying?

Its interesting to look at the QB\'s you compared AB against. All but garcia were in the playoffs. How do their stats compare against Carolina, minn, cinn, atl, det,????

Finally, don\'t go around blaming the defense for poor performance at QB. You can blame the coaches or AB and that is as far as that goes. The defense was not the problem down the stretch last year ... it was an offense that went into hibernation.

AB is being treated just as he should be. He is being held to play better than he has played in the past. OK is not good enough in the NFL.

First of all yes Garcia was in the playoffs last year. San Francisco faced Tampa Bay in Tampa Bay and Garcia got picked off three times. All of these top quarterbacks (Gannon, McNabb, Garcia, Vick, Favre) lost against the number one defense. Aaron and the Saints beat the Bucs twice. And why? Deuce\'s hard running between the tackles and Aaron\'s composure and leadership. How can you say Aaron was performing poorly when he tied for the NFC lead in TD passes? How can you say he was performing poorly when the Saints were one the league leaders in points scored in the red zone? How can you say he performed poorly when the Saints were probably the highest scoring offense before Aaron got hurt? We all know what happened in the Minnesota game. The offense did nothing wrong. And as far the the Cincinnati game.... when you give up more than 200 yards rushing to the worst team in the league what do you expect? Aaron was hurt and shouldn\'t have been in the game. That\'s Haslett\'s job to pull the quarterback if he\'s ineffective. Blame Haslett and the defense for the late season collapse not the QB!

With a player like what??? All you have named are players that got the job done, who happen to be HOF material. I think you are missing the picture? Get the job done first; the HOF is an after the fact situation......

He ranked 8th in the NFC in completion percentage and 12th in the NFC in fewest interceptions. Not that I care either way, I\'m undecided until the end of this coming season on AB. Just felt I needed to pull a Paul Harvey.

I\'m not missing the point. I\'m the one who\'s making the point.

Let\'s do this again.

I\'m saying that in the whole history of the NFL that the only teams to repeat had HOF Quarterbacks. Is this coniecidence? I think not.

Saying Brad Johnson has a realistic chance of being a HOF quarterback is like saying Trent Dilfer is only one superbowl win away from the steps of Canton himself.

There\'s a chance that the Bucs can change history but facts are facts and no one other than the great QB\'s have done it.

Brad Johnson is not one of them. I don\'t care if he plays in Gruden\'s system forever and a day. He ain\'t in that class.
