Saintman's message for the 2007 season
 

I havent been here to this site for some time now and for that I hope to make up for lost time, so I thought maybe it would be appopriate to write a post about the expectations of the Saints in this upcoming season. The theme that we have to consider is that this is our 2nd season under Sean Payton and we have to build upon the success of last year. And thats not always easy, but we have to continue that path we started on.
No more excuses, no more complacency, and no more losing. WE have our chance to put our mark on history, do your best, work you ass off, and let the winning come as a result.

It isnt that hard, so remember that when you watch the Saints game this weekend, sure its the preseason but damn it its been almost 9 long months since we got our football fix, and it must be quenched in the utmost way.
We will have our victories and we will have our defeats,but the time is now. WE have all the horses, we have the right coach finally after so many duds and near misses.

We have to do our best to make this season as good as the last one, you are only as last season, IMHO, keep pushing hard, don't let up, and keep your pride.

WE are Saints fans, we are often neglected often overlooked and some tims mocked, but after this season that will be a thing of the past.

What begins in Canton this weekend people will end up In Arizona. We have to make that a reality and we will.

Go Saints and Lets win a Super Bowl.

As for doing their best,I don't think you have to worry about that. After being at camp last year for 3 weeks,Payton will NOT accept anything but the best for everyplayer. If you don;t go 110% everyplay,you'll be scratching you unemployed ass at home.
