The NFL Channel reports that the San Diego Chargers has sign WR Rhema McKnight of waivers from the New Orleans Saints.
"Chargers notes: S Clinton Hart (hip flexor) and DE Igor Olshansky (groin) returned from injuries on Friday. WR Kassim Osgood (hamstring) was sidelined. ... The Chargers released RB Reggie Merriweather (Clemson) and signed WR Rhema McKnight (Notre Dame). ... The Chargers practice at Qualcomm Stadium today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. as part of FanFest. The parking lot opens at 8 a.m. and the stadium gates open at 9:30. Players will be available for autographs and pictures beginning at 10:15 a.m. Admission and parking are free. Hot dogs and soft drinks can be purchased for $1 each." |
