... in a previous job, when I was on-call, I had a beeper that I would set to the loudest, most annoying ringtone it had, so it would wake me up when called. Those on-calls were murder. That was 3 years ago. Up until today, if I hear that ring tone, I cringe; same thing happens to me when I see that #2 Mare is wearing....

when the Saints staged that "funeral" to put to rest all of last season, somebody should have thrown the number 2 in as well. Or the team could "retire" the number, but instead of hanging the jersey from the rafters they could stick it on the wall of the urinal trough in the mens room.

What brought chilling flashbacks for me was that Mare was smiling and clapping his hands after the blocked FG, and then again after Lindell's 54 yarder.
