Round green sticker?

What is that for? It is on all the back of the QBs helmets. I noticed it last week too.

I read somewhere that the green sticker distinguishes wired hats from the non-wired hats - can receive audio transmissions from the sidelines

That's correct. It allows the officials to see who's got the wired hat.
