Hooray for Goodell. Stick to your guns. The man broke the law, then lied about it. And by the way, this isn't a race thing. I once was a big fan of this kid. I thought he had more talent than anyone i'd ever seen. But, you just can't look at someones mind and see what's there. I don't feel bad for him, he brought this on himself. He's not stupid, he knew what he was doing. If it were Troy Aikman that did this i'd feel the same way. Anyone involved with this mess needs to be put in the pit with the dogs and see what damage they can do. No one involved with dog fightiing will ever get any sympathy from me. They all deserve to fry if you ask me.

Sometimes it's better to keep your mouth shut and be thought an idiot, than to open it and remove all doubt!!!!!

The thug deserves everything that comes his way...
Most of you don't know this but my wife and I love animals of all kind so when I first heard the news of Vick and fighting and killing the dogs it sickens me.
I don't feel sorry for him, hopefully this will stop some people from doing what Vick did, it won't stop all of it but should slow it down making people who fight dogs think twice about it before doing it..

As I understand it, Vick's 6 mill still counts against the cap this year, and they get hit with 11 mill in 2008.

Anybody know differently?

You live like a thug and you get takin down by your own thugs and even his Daddy was tellin him to live up to what he is, what a concept and now we know why he doesn't talk to Daddy anymore.

If I was Blank I would beg the NFL to give me some cap relief. Hell if I was an owner I would vote to cut it in 1/2. This is an extraordinary situation and we should help the team. Even though I hate the Falcons I don't want any team to be hurt like this.

We need to rid the NFL of these type players , hell all professional sports and I think Goddell has gotten off to a pretty good start. Now it's time for Stern to step it up, oh wait he would have to suspend entire teams in some cases, nevermind. NBA Need Bail Association.

Should have been a lifetime ban, and with any luck that's what it will work out to be, but it's a start at least.

And oh by the way, the new #7 is wearing #10 for the Titans. The league doesn't need Mike 'I am a very sick and twisted man' Vick.
