Saints signed DE Josh Savage

Notes: The Saints signed DE Josh Savage to their practice squad today and waived DE Willie Evans. Savage was in training camp with the Tennessee Titans this season and has also spent time with Tampa Bay, Atlanta and the Titans. The move comes on the heels of the Saints' other roster move today, which was the signing of DL Renaldo Wynn and the release of QB Tyler Palko.

DE. Height: 6'4' " Weight: 276.

where will wynn and savage fit in? any chance Wynn will become a DT, I heard he's played everywhere on the line

I think its one of those come in and "show us something" - moves. Maybe also wake up move to the DL players, get the job done or we will continue to bring in players to see if they can contribute.

Just to be clear, we signed Wynn to the active roster, right?

We waited to sign him Monday so that he would not have a guarenteed year long contract.

So does Cooper sit? Or do we dress 8 DL?

then 3 QB now 2 QB?

DL - DE signings... the changes appears to be DEFENSE!

maybe we gonna sign leftwich as the third qb, then when he learns the system in a couple weeks he can move up to the no. two?
