Who called it???

Wait I did! 0-4! It came down to who had the better Oline and Dline! That wasn't the Saints just in case you didn't know. If anyone took a look at the screen pass in the first quarter to our TE #82 and it was 2 on 3. Faine and other blocker against 2 pather DB's and Faine side steps toward the sideline and does not engage his block! This could have been for a long gain. They are wusses don't care to stick a hat on anyone. Another example... a blocked field goal that was as simple as an extra point. This is just an example that no one on this freakin team is blocking!

Someone said Carr was starting so we would win... think again! Hell they put in the 3rd string QB and they scored on us.

Until we decided to build lines from hell Reggie Bush will be MR IRREALIVANT.

I'm gonna have to disagree this time Euph. I totally understand your philosophy on the trenches but today.....we played just as good if not better than their lines did. Brees had time.....Bush and co. had lanes. The real deal here was..Brees looks worse than I had thought....our recievers are dropping passes.....and our KICKER needs to RETIRE!! Funny thing is.....I told myself after Mare's first field goal that if he keeps kicking them that low one of them will get blocked. His kicks looked like missles. Peppers hit that ball with his elbow. My fears came true. Our passing game looks lethargic and Loomis better get on the phone and call Vanderjagt or something.

I don't think Bree's played any worse than Carr did. You need to go look at the game again. There were MAJOR blocks missed... OLmen just watching the game on some plays instead of moving and hitting someone. Brees may have had more time but if they were blocking such as on the screen play in the first quarter when faine just stepped aside so the TE could get tackled, he'd be off for a long gain. Thats the play I am talking about. You can't just look at the QB, RB, WR and think those are the only positions that matter!!! They are crap unless you have linemen doing there job.

Re: Who called it???

In a game that was decided by the fact that our coach didnt want to waste a roster spot on another kicker when Mare pulls a groin it is so obvious that our problem is the oline. We outgain Carolina by 100 yards but they are the better oline & dline. We have a wr that would help this team more if he didnt try to catch the passes thrown his way instead of tippin them up for the defense to catch. And maybe just maybe a sophomore coach who will realize that you shouldnt try a 52 yd fg with an inaccurate kicker with a pulled groin to give the other team the ball with good field position and enough time to drive 25 yds to win the game.

Re: Who called it???

How is there lines better when we out gain them?
They just are right?

How do you blame the line when Peppers jumped straight up?
They just didn't cut Peppers right?

Oh and,
A lot of people called 0-4.

I am glad you didn't call him Mr. Irrelevant
Then he wouldn't have amassed 141 total yards.
John Madden: "When you get Reggie going like this, it opens things up for the other guys."

That's right. I heard that as soon as the team gets back to New Orleans, Reggie is going to the Black and Gold shop to sell jerseys.

Euph was right! We were shutout by the Seahawks and are now 0-5... and counting.

Pure genius I tell you.
