Some stats to chew on...

Now, I do know this will never pan out. But if anyone really wants to know why the Saints have been so bad after 4 weeks, here are some averages if the Saints stay on their current pace:

Win/Lose 0-16
Points Scored 204
Points Allowed 476
Average game 13-30

Key contributors:

QB- Brees: 448-708-3716-4-36

RB- Bush: 200-588-2.9-8

WR- Bush 100-488-4.9-0 / Colston 88-864-9.8-4 / Johnson 84-512-6.1-0 / Moore 48-528-11.0-0 / Henderson 32-584-18.3-0

K- Mare 12-28

Sacks- Will Smith 4
Interceptions- Jason David and Mike McKenzie- 8 each.
Tackles- Fujita and Harper each with 96.

Stats I love stats.
Zero runs of + 20 yards.
Longest run of the yeareuce 15 yards, Reggie 13 yards
Average per runeuce 3.8, Reggie 2.9
Brees' completion % 63.3
Brees' completion % when throwin to Henderson 40.0
Average yardage per pass to Reggie 4.9
Average pass attempts per game 44
Average rush attempts per game 24

What jumps off of the page of all of these stats is: Reggie needs less carries and Moore needs more catches.

Don't forget that Devery would be in the neighborhood of 36 drops (9 thus far, right?).

Devery drops are killng him. He had all these big plays last year burning defenses. He needs to take lessons from Colston an Moore on how to catch the damn ball. Henderson class is now in session.
