I wouldn't blame that fumble by Reggie Bush entirely on him. Although you have to hold on to the ball better because that was a crucial point in the game. But you have to give props to LB Julian Peterson on a great hit, he put a hard hit directly on the ball causing it to pop out. Now if you get a chance to look at that play again you will see that if Devery Henderson didn't lazily go out and half ass block Peterson he wouldn't have been in position to make that hit. I hope when they look at the game tapes they explain to Devery and all the players, that's what happens when you matador block someone and not do your job full tilt. If he would've sustain any resemblance of a block, the Saints would've had no worst than a FG. I just hope someone explain to him that he could have cost us a game, and next time do your job until the whistle blows.

Reggie needs to learn how to hold onto the damn football, but you're absolutely right, Devery Henderson was half-assing it out there and didn't even get a hand on Julian Peterson.

Reggie totes a pretty loose rock and needs to learn to tuck the ball better. Duece had to learn and still on occasion takes a perfect lick in the perfect spot and has the ball jarred loose. Some replays/highlights show him in the open field jooking and cutting with the ball away from his body as he uses his arms to counter balance his weight shifts - a good way to get it stripped. Fighting for extra yards is commendable, but in traffic, 250 to 300 pound traffic, he will have to commit to securing the ball.

Reggie will learn this as time goes on. I just think he really had a good game. Proved to me he can be a true RB.
