I'm back............

I want to take this time to apologize to the members of B&G for losing my temper the other day. I said somethings that maybe I shouldn't have, but when I'm challenged, I'm going to fight back, (it's the old linebacker in me) I will not accept any disrespect to me. That just ain't gonna happen. I will treat ANY member with respect as long as they treat me with the same.

I have been a member of this board for a very long time and I do love it. Mark, I count as one of my very best friends. To all you guys that sent me well wishes and asked me not to leave, I thank you, it was never my intention to leave. I said that in a moment of anger, for that too, I apologize.

It's hard to leave something you love no matter how bad things get or how bad you think you're being treated. As I said, I love this site and it's members. I'm not sure I could ever leave. When the good Lord decides to take me I will still be a B&G and Saints fan. I've been close recently, but I hid from the grim reaper (he ran out of gas looking for me).
I feel that God has blessed me to be a Saints fan and to have so many friends here at B&G.

Once again, I apologize to the membership and to the other moderators, and mostly to Halo for my outburst.

P.S. And God, if you're listening, please tell Payton to play Pierre Thomas more.

I'm happy to see that you decided to stay Joe, you just had a bad couple of days.
I think I can speak on behalf of all the members here saying that we all respect you and love that you are at this site.

I do believe I have! Been here a long time and only had trouble with two, the latest and Billy. I know you remember Billy.

I'm writing this to tell you that I admire your patience. There were many times recently (and back in the Billy days) that I wanted to write a blistering reply to some of the things that were written here. I (mostly) was able to control myself. Since you are sort of compelled to do something about those people who persistently call people stupid just because their opinions are different, I think you did a remarkable job over a very long time in some very trying conditions.

Kudos! I'll raise a glass to you this Sunday (I only drink during football!)
