I just hope the officials can understand the difference between a legitimate accident, and something done deliberately. I would hope that the officials would at least look at the replay a few times before throwing someone out.

I do not like this move at all. Now players will be pausing before the hit. Wonder what kind of fine they will get now. That will go up for sure. The NFL is slowly but surely killing the game all to protect the investments and their revenue. I do not like this one bit.
What's next yellow cards like in soccer.

I saw some of the fines posted somewhere, I don't remember where but it seems to me they were pretty steep. I can't say I agree with the whole concept but I guess it's for their protection.

This is football. You know as well as I do how the changes over the years have changed the game. I see this as just start. I hope they do this right. Fine the refs for screwing up this call too. They can change a game real quick. I imagine Indi without a SS Sanders at a key time in a game because of this rule. This worries me. Throwing a player out of a game is a lot of power to yield. Very few do this intentionally if any at all.

Yeah, but it could open some new doors that really don't need to be opened. I just hope that these refs don't get to heady about all this. Like I said I understand the idea behind it but, maybe just to much power.
