however, a hot bulger coupled with a team
that has nothing to lose spells trouble.....
if the saints fall behind early, they will
be in deep trouble.....
i have that sinking feeling this will turn

The question is will we expirience a let down? After the emotion spent to get back from the 0-4 start to 4-4, will the Saints have a let down?

I believe that Payton will have these guys ready, but the combination of what appears to be a weak Rams team, the return of Bulger, and the possibility of a let down combined with the a little looking past the Rams gives the chance to be upset here.

On the flip side if the OL and Defense continue to play the way the have to bring this team back this game should be over shortly after the kickoff. If we see the Saints team that we have the past 2 weeks the Highway is paved to the post season. We must see a focused team, this is a bigger test than most people think.

Boy, you talk about optimism. Now that is optimism. I sure hope you're right. I had to pick him up on one of my fantasy teams,just to try to get some points out of my kicker. Of course,I didn't cut my regular kicker. If he messes up (as usual) I can cut his but in the morning. Payton are you listening? Cut him in the morning.

Turnovers! If the Saints win the turnover battle, they win the game. period.

The Rams defense can not contain all the weapons the Saints have on offense when the OL allows enough time for the play to develope. If the Saints defense continue their ability to stop the run and limit the number of blown coverage/big plays in the secondary then the Saints can easily outscore the Rams.
