We knew the problems last year
 

Teams were burning "fast" Freddie, LB's could not cover, rush or stop the run..... And what did we do?

Signed FA's David, Reis and KK, drafted Usama. David starts and is worse than Freddie. KK's never a factor. Usama stuck on the bench with Reiss, 0-3 with a tie.
Signed FA's Simmons and drafted Mitchell. Simmons only plays when our aces are out, Mitchell hasn't seen the field, except on ST's. 0-2.

I would like to say, "at least they tried to fix it", but with the performance of this Defense, I can't see any improvement, maybe even got worse.

Had the opportunity to get Tank Johnson, passed, had the opportunity to draft quality Div 1 corners and LBs, passed, went with FA's that their own teams didn't chose to resign.

Rejects, retreads, never beens-never will bes. Not a good strategy for building a workable team.

I think it's safe to assume that Loomis won't be winning any awards this year.

I truely feel our major problem is the syle and philosophy we have on D.

O we still struggle with blocking and that I feel is the personel on the line. Our guys get blitzed and get bull-rushed. Knocked back all the way to the QB that can't happen, not in the NFL.

How true that is. I just don't understand Gibbs thinking. Or even IF he's thinking. Maybe he's old like me and has TCRS. The "T" is terminal. They say one of these days we'll die of it.:D

As far as the offense, you just never know which offense will show up, or like in yesterdays case if they'll show up at all. They just amaze me.
