I know Jim, and this doesn't surprise me a bit. He always seems to hit the nail on the head. I wish he would have been a bit stronger but he too loves this team. I guess he's trying to call it as he sees it without really lambasting the coaching staff and team.

I already knew Payton's motivational strategy doesn't work...
But would you rather he not do anything?

... it's not that the motivational startegy doesn't work,.. what doesn't work is playing with 10 men on defense.
