I know Jim, and this doesn't surprise me a bit. He always seems to hit the nail on the head. I wish he would have been a bit stronger but he too loves this team. I guess he's trying to call it as he sees it without really lambasting the coaching staff and team.

But this makes no sense to me... I already knew Payton's motivational strategy doesn't work... But would you rather he not do anything? |

... it's not that the motivational startegy doesn't work,.. what doesn't work is playing with 10 men on defense.
