Perfect confluence of circumstances has another 3rd string quarterback as a home dog versus the Saints.

Well the Saints will do, what they will do. By that I mean, there is no way the Saints will give you any clue what team will turn up.

They can play a lot better than their overall 5-7 record. But they have proved most conclusively that they can also play the dumbest football in the NFL, disregarding the fundamentals of professional football, disregarding the old adage that doing the basics right and playing pure hard-nosed football can win games.

Anyway to the Dirty Birds game.
ATL defence is better. Now that wasn't hard was it?
NOS offence is better, honest.
So we have a tussle where NOS should have the upper hand PROVIDED:
Drew gets into a rhythm, and
The Saints take what is given on offence, and
The defense just try to do better.

Yep, it will be close. Maybe a NOS 4 pt win. But a silly error could mean a TD swing or FG / TD difference and then...........................
