this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; His injury has to be affecting his play...RIGHT? He was really playing well in the beginning of the year, but now I don't ever see him around the QB. It seems Will Smith is the only one rushing at times. ...

His injury has to be affecting his play...RIGHT?
He was really playing well in the beginning of the year, but now I don't ever see him around the QB. It seems Will Smith is the only one rushing at times. His ankle must be worse than we feared. |

Maybe grant should switch to tackle, where run containment is more important. We need more pressure on the edge if David continues to get playing time.

Huh? Really? The guy had back-to-back 10+ sack seasons in 03-04. After that he struggled during the Katrina season, as did virtually everybody on the team. He had 6 sacks last year, and he's been hampered by an injury this season. Get off Charles's case, he's a great player.
