Props to the J-Line

Props to the O-Line
Just came across this stat in this week's USA Today Sports Weekly. "Brees has been sacked just 12 times despite throwing 550 passes....." That's less than a sack a game! I know we run a lot of quick screens and such, but that is still dynamite. Keep up the great work boys, gonna need you to do it at least two more times!

Now that they've mastered pass blocking, maybe they can concentrate on run blocking now.

The last couple of games is definately a step in the right direction as far as run blocking. It's a good group of guys... we just need consistency.

Agreed. Stecker seems to help them by hitting the holes quicker!!

`I think he is hitting the holes slower than bush. reacting to what the defense is giving us. He is not forcing the tempo. He going with the flow.

Where do we rank in rush attempts per game? 25th that is why we are 26th in rushing yards. We throw the ball alot and we are 3rd in yardage. We dont run the ball alot if ever and we are ranked at the bottom for rushing yardage. We didnt run the ball when Duece was back there why should we start now. Whether its on the ground or in the air we are 5th in total offense and I think the o-line deserves a shout out for that and for givin up a sack every 45 passing attempts.
