this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Don't get too over hyped on Phillips. There is a reason was not on the active roster this year. It can't be saying much to not be able to crack a reserve spot on a roster with horrible CB's. Hopefully, ...

Don't get too over hyped on Phillips. There is a reason was not on the active roster this year. It can't be saying much to not be able to crack a reserve spot on a roster with horrible CB's. Hopefully, he is a wonderful talent who will work his way into the mix.
