He was arrested in November 2006 with his brother Bill, a defensive back at Northern Illinois, for allegedly breaking into an apartment and stealing an Xbox video game console. Ikegwuonu has pleaded not guilty to felony residential burglary and misdemeanor criminal trespass charges in a case still pending. Assuming he satisfies teams from a character perspective, Ikegwuonu is likely to land in the second round."
