"It wasn't just tough for me, it was tough for everybody. It was such an up-and-down season. It was a very energy-draining season mentally. Hopefully, this season we can get off to a good start and just concentrate on one win at a time.

i hope so...i have a lot of faith in the kid and think he can do great things...lets just see it!!!

I have a TON of faith in Bush as well. I really am getting sick and tired of reading "some" saints fans talking about trading Bush for another player. It is rediculous to even think that. He will develop into a great player, we as fans just need to be patient and wait for him to grow into an all around star.

Yeah, it's way too early to write Bush off. I really think until he adds a little weight that the Saints should understand he is a role player only. It's time to maybe forget about him as a primary ball carrier type, but with that said, he could be a huge weapon for the Saints. I believe he should be the guy to return all punts and kickoffs, be that number 3 WR type, and the occasional running play. Pretty much how he was used in 06 with the added duty of kickoff returner. Put all of that together and the guy can get his 15 plus touches a game, and be a legitimate threat to turn a game around.

How unproductive of an 08?
How many unproductive years?
Not saying I am ready to write him off - I just want to know what others think.
