The Green Bay Packers placed the franchise tag on DL Corey Williams Wednesday, Feb. 20. Williams can still sign with another team, but the Packers would have the option to match the terms of the deal or be compensated with two first-round draft picks

And Lewis was re-signed to Carolina... there goes my options for the offseason.

Now it's even more important that we select a DT with one of our first 3 picks. There's not much left on the market that appeals to the eye.

DT Spencer Johnson (Vikings)

my camp body. he is trapped behind some good DT in minni. so lets see if he can add some depth. we a DT on day one looks more and more likely.

Oh well, we are stuck with the fat dude and whoever else. Two first round picks is way too much for Corey Williams, there should be absolutely no consideration from the Saints at this point.
